Villa
Villa Saffron is a spacious, modern building equipped to a very high standard that offers comfort and convenience to the holiday-maker. Although of a contemporary design it blends in well with the older, more traditional style of architecture that predominates here. It is situated at the upper end of this charming village, with stunning views down to the blue sea of the Gulf of Gokova and across to the fertile plains of the conservation area. It is not on a busy road but is located in a residential street that has little traffic. To the rear it is bordered by the dramatic Sakar Mountains.
Shops, bars and restaurants are only a short walk away. The beach is a pleasant 10-15 minute walk downhill.
The villa comprises of 2 semi-detached units, each available separately. (Why not hire both for two families holidaying together or for larger parties). Both units are identical and each is capable of accommodating up to 6 adults. In each unit there are 2 double/twin bedrooms with air conditioning. Every bedroom has an en-suite shower, basin and toilet. They also have built in cupboards and a balcony with sea view. The lounge is on the floor below, and is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating, satellite television and DVD player. 2 large bed-settees provide extra sleeping potential. There is another large balcony on this level, again with a sea view.
The kitchen and open plan dining area is on the ground floor. The modern kitchen comes with oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, and plenty of cupboard space. Electricity, gas and water costs are all included in the rental price. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cloakroom with toilet and washbasin. Outside boasts a large veranda and garden (perfect for eating al fresco). There is also car-parking available on site.
Bedding, towels and hairdryers are provided. A weekly maid service is included on bookings of two weeks or longer.
